If you find it necessary to cancel your registration completely, please notify the Congress Secretariat immediately.
In the unlikely event that the Congress cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as war or a pandemic, all pre-paid registration fees will be returned.
Refund from total reservation amount

From October 23, 2026– total reservation 100% non-refundable
In the event of non-arrival, payment will be non-refundable
